Erin Washington is a lifestyle blogger and former college D1 athlete who struggled with weight, body image, and eating disorders for 20 years. She finally found her best body at 37 after having two kids. Erin promotes a balanced lifestyle of “Squats and Margaritas” and offers tips and motivation to women who are working out but not seeing results. Erin grew up in Columbus, Ohio, the oldest of four sisters. She began playing soccer at age four, was a high school stand-out and went on to play at the collegiate level. After graduating from college, she moved to Washington, DC to work for the Washington Redskins where she met her husband. Erin currently resides in the Atlanta area with her husband and two children.
